Featured Artist: George Stroud  

I have been an closet artist most of my life with some formal training. I received my BFA from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA from New Mexico Highlands University, Las Vegas, New Mexico.

After college I pursued careers in the corporate world and presently own two businesses.  I create art for enjoyment and want to share it with others and possibly sell it if people are interested.

 Painting and drawing has always been a passion of mine since I was old enough to pick up a pencil. I am constantly growing and learning as much as I can about painting and drawing and who knows? Maybe I might become well known in the art community.

 I thoroughly enjoy the company of other artists and those who appreciate it. I am a member of the Huntsville Arts Council, Huntsville Museum of Art, and the Huntsville Art League.

My goal is to eventually make it a full time indulgence, and with the urging support from my family and friends, it just may happen!
